Can I change my delivery time?
We plan our delivery routes to keep emissions and flower miles down. This means we can't guarantee a delivery time for your flowers.
Our drivers are on the road from about 5 am until about 3 pm. So you can expect your flowers to arrive roughly between these times. You don't need to be in when we deliver though, so just make sure your delivery instructions are up to date.
You can amend them by logging in and going to the Manage your deliveries section, then pressing the edit button on your address.
If your deliveries are sent via UKMail, then you should get a text message on the morning of your delivery to advise of the expected 1 hour time slot you'll get your delivery in.
