Managing my account

How can I see what offers I have on my account?

If you head over to the Coupons page on your online account and scroll down you will see a "My coupons" section. If you have any offers on your account you will be able to see them here.

The active offers will automatically apply to your upcoming deliveries - you don't have to do anything!

Where can I find my order history?

Head over to the Your Order History page of your account.

You'll find a list of payments complete with dates, discounts, invoices to download... it's a veritable treasure trove!

You can also give your past deliveries a rating to let us know how we can improve

How do I reset my password?

Simply go to the Reset Password page. Make sure you enter the email address that you use for your Freddie's account, and we'll send you a password reset email.

If you're already logged in to your account, you can also find a "Change password" button on the Manage Account page.

How do I order a Showstopper box?

Our Showstopper arrangements truly live up to the name - featuring at least 10 varieties in each arrangement, they'll have usually 20-25 stems per bunch.

To change your subscription box size, simply go to the Meet the Showstopper page. This will apply to all your subscription deliveries going forward - and you can always change it again in future if you like. Showstopper boxes are £41 a pop, plus our usual £4 delivery charge.

You'll need a bigger vase for all those stems - you can purchase our bespoke Showstopper vase to pair perfectly with this arrangement size.

How do I change my personal details?

Just pop over to the your Account Details page to change your email, password, phone number, card details, billing address...all the essentials!

What's the deadline to skip or change my delivery?

The deadline to skip or amend a delivery is 12 noon two days before your scheduled delivery, so please make any adjustments before then!

For Monday Deliveries - 12 noon on Saturday

For Tuesday Deliveries - 12 noon on Sunday

For Wednesday Deliveries - 12 noon on Monday

For Thursday Deliveries - 12 noon on Tuesday

For Friday Deliveries - 12 noon on Wednesday

After this point, we'll already be busy preparing your flowers for you, so we'll be unable to make any changes to that delivery (including adding/removing Freddie's Shop orders).

Do they have to come every week?

Most people enjoy a weekly dose of floral inspiration, as it means you've always got super fresh flowers and you don't miss any of our stunning arrangements.

However, we love to keep things as flexible as possible for you. If you head to the My Deliveries page on your online account you'll be able to make any changes to your delivery schedule. You can skip out of deliveries or opt into more if you'd like some extra blooms to brighten up your week!

On the Plan Settings page you can also switch over to receive flowers every fortnight if you'd prefer!

If weekly or fortnightly deliveries is too many flowers for you, get in touch and we'll see what we can do!

How can I change my delivery address?

You can find your current delivery address under My Addresses on your online account.

Once on the page, click the drop down arrow of the address you'd like to edit, and make any changes.

To message us, use the Help button on the bottom right of any of our webpages. Try popping in a keyword or two first, to see if there's a quick answer to your query⁠—but if that doesn't help, just hit the "Leave us a message" button!

Payment

When do you take payment?

If you signed up before 17th November, your payment will be taken on the morning of your delivery.

If you have signed up after the 17th November, your payment will be taken at 12 noon, two and a half days before your delivery.

If you've ordered floral accessories from our lovely shop, payment for your flowers + shop items will be charged at 12 noon, two and a half days before your delivery.

How do I change my payment details?

Head over to the Payment Methods page and you'll see the option to update your card details.

What payment methods do you accept?

When you sign up for a Freddie's subscription, you can use any credit or debit card (except American Express) or Apple or Google Pay.

If you're ordering a gift, we accept any card or PayPal!

Where do you store my card details?
Don't worry, we don't store to your card details directly—your payments are processed securely by Stripe. They've been certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent level of security certification available in the payments industry, so your details are as secure as can be.

Skipping My Deliveries

How do I skip deliveries?

On your account My Deliveries page you can see your delivery schedule for the upcoming weeks. Simply select a delivery date you'd like to skip and hit "Edit delivery" and then "Skip this box". You can opt back in for a delivery the same way if you change your mind!

Please keep in mind the deadline to skip or amend a delivery is 12 noon, two days before your delivery day:

Monday Deliveries - 12 noon on Saturday

Tuesday Deliveries - 12 noon on Sunday

Wednesday Deliveries - 12 noon on Monday

Thursday Deliveries - 12 noon on Tuesday

Friday Deliveries - 12 noon on Wednesday

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, you can get in touch with us on 02083966696 or send us an email at freddie@freddiesflowers.com. We'd love to hear your feedback so we know how we can improve!

We'll be sorry to see you go!

Please note: If you request to cancel after your cutoff time - 12 noon two days before your next delivery - and you have a flower box due in the next two days, your cancellation will take affect after this last delivery.

Can I cancel at any time?

Of course⁠—you're not locked in to anything, though we'll be sorry to see you go!

Just let us know by 12 noon two days before your next delivery if you'd like to cancel. If you request to cancel when you've got a delivery on the way in less than two days, your cancellation will take effect after this last delivery.

Referring friends

What is a friend code and how does it work?

When you create your Freddie's Flowers account, you'll be given a unique friend code to share with your flower-loving friends!

To invite your friends to Freddie's, head to the Refer a friend section on your account. From there you can pop in their name and email address and send them a personalised invite.

When your friend creates an account using your code, they get their first box absolutely FREE!

My friend has given me a code to use, what do I do?

If your friend has given you a paper coupon all you'll need to do is enter this code when creating your new Freddie's Flowers account.

Click here to create your account, and simply click the "Redeem offer code or gift card" button at the bottom of the page and throughout the checkout.

However, if your friend has sent you an email link, please click on that link and then you can then create your account with us.

After your first box, you can manage your subscription using your online delivery schedule, to choose when you'd like to receive flowers. We know you'll love it—but if you don't want to continue receiving flowers for any reason, of course you can cancel at any time.
