What types of flowers can I expect?
One of the best things about our subscriptions is that you get something different every month. We work in tandem with the seasons to keep our arrangements planet-friendly and reduce waste through our grow-to-order model. This means you get fresh, peak blooms and the sheer joy of discovering new flowers.
At various points during the year, you can expect plenty of familiar favourites like lilies, tulips, roses, peonies and dahlias, plus other seasonal varieties that have been hand-picked by our flower-obsessed team.
Does your flower delivery subscription cover the whole of the UK?
We deliver to almost every destination in the UK, except northern parts of Scotland. We make our flower subscriptions as accessible as possible so we can make the nation more flowerful.
Can I skip my flower subscription?
Yes! You can skip a delivery if you'd like a month off. That's the great thing about our flower subscriptions – you tell us how you want yours to work.
Is it easy to manage my flower delivery subscription?
We try to make things as easy as possible for you. You can manage your flower subscription over on the My Deliveries page on your online account.
Here, you can add more bloom deliveries to enjoy even more of our fresh stems. Alternatively, pause, skip or cancel deliveries to suit your preferences. We know that a subscription can be a big commitment, which is why we keep things nice and adaptable.
What if I don't have a vase?
Don't panic! We'll send you a free vase with your first subscription if you order the Classic or Showstopper size, so you can embrace your artistry as you arrange your stems each month.
